QDR SRAM controller for Cyclone III devices

Hi everyone,

I am working on QDR II SRAM controller for Cyclone III device, I've referred to Altera website for how to implement QDR controller for Stratix devices, the ALTMEMPHY megafunction help build the physical interface for that devices. I known that the Cyclone III I/O is able to support for this interface (but the interface controller must be built manually). The question here is why ALTMEMPHY megafunction does not support building QDR interface for Cyclone III, and what limitations make Altera not support this ?! :confused:

Please give me an advice, I need to clarify all things before working with this!!
