Provide tray dimensions for 10M02SCE144C8G

I checked "AN 71: Guidelines for Handling JLead, QFP, BGA, FBGA, and Lidless FBGA Devices”
but we could not find the pocket size of the tray or the tray size.
Therefore, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with a drawing showing the tray dimensions.
(AN71 says package size, but we don't know the dimensions of the tray)
