Programming the HPS

Hi! I'm trying to program the Arrow SoCkit Board. I've been searching information through this forum and the rocketboard website, I've read also the Workshop files (Hardware and Software), but I can't understand how am I supposed to program the HPS section alone. Is there a toturial that I'm missing? I would like to ask you directions, or main steps to write C code and the downloaded to the HPS (for example, control the leds from the HPS side with the switches of the HPS side).
