Problem with Quartus 10sp1 and NIOS-IDE 10.0

Hello, i have installed in my computer Quartus II 10.0sp1 and NIOS2-IDE with SP1 also.

I am running some programs in my DE2 but it's SOO slow, it takes like 10~20mins to run a program as a hardware in the IDE. All this time the progress bar is at 57% "Launching..."

Does any1one know why? My OS is windows XP

    First of all it seems to have a bug.. when the sof file is a timelimited i can't run any programs inside it. NIOS-IDE Can't find the JTAG CABLE..
