Problem in MaxPLUS installation

Hi,

I have downloaded the student version of Maxplus from Altera website and also got the license file. But i couldnot install the software. When i click the student102.exe file, the extraction wizard appears for few seconds and nothing happens. I have tried everything possible but no success. Do you have any idea about this installation issue?

Any help will be highly appreciated.
