problem encountered in reopening eclipse

i want to reopen a program that i made in eclipse and this appears what is wrong with this? anybody help thanks

click the "target connections" folder. Look if the usb blaster appears in the connections list. If don't, click refresh connections one or two times. It should appear, so you can click run button. Don't forget to check the download firmware option.
