Previously MPN: 10M08DAU324I7G support in tray size 7X18 and currently the new lot support in tray size 7X17. Need to confirm what is the future incoming tray size and would like to get packaging data sheet for system update.

Apologize for the misunderstanding as i thought you were requesting for packaging datasheet.

For tray size, you can refer to AN71 below:

10M08DAU324I7G is a UBGA, and the tray size is 15x15mm.
