ppp protocol

i start learning abort ppp protocol. Does anybody have experience in useing ppp protocol which in the path ...components\altera_lwip\UCOSII\src\downloads\lwip-1.1.0\src\netif\ppp....

My application acts as the client and use GPRS modem which don't carry TCP/IP attach Internet.
