PLL switchover CycloneV versus CycloneIV

Hi,

I am wondering about CycloneV pll working. I've found only an adequate info about CycloneIV switching 2 independence clocks inside one pll. CycloneIV supports automatic switching while one clock source is missing. Does CycloneV have the same feature? Are they the same? I mean time of switching, glitching and so on.
