Pin number on MAX10 corresponding to pin name

In the design file for the PCB, the MAX10 symbol has names on the pins in the style of IO_1, IO_2 and so on up to IO_100. And other pin names such as VCC_ONE_1. But in the Pin assignment tool they of...
