PFL can not program my FLASH

Hi,

I program the PFL for programming flash into the MAXII EPM1270F256, the flash connectted to the CPLD is S29GL01GS. I attach the flash.pof to the cpld.pof int the programmer window. The programmer erase the whole flash, and then program the flash word by word(16bits). I use leds connectted to the cpld to see if the programmer write anything to the flash or not. The leds blinks quikly, so I know the PFL is writting commands and words to the flash. But it costs about two hours to program 4MBytes. And after it finnished programming flash. I use a DSP connected to the CPLD to read from the flash, but all the words in the flash is "FFFF". I can use the DSP to write woed to the flash through the CPLD, and can read back correctly, so the flash is good. Then what can I do?
