PCML to CML Interfacing

Hi, I need to interface the transceiver block (left side) from a Cyclone V to Arria 10 (and vice versa). I understand these are PCML and CML interfaces respectively. Any recommendations as to the best way to do this? Is simple AC coupling a solution?
