pcixpcicore encrypted file

Has anybody used pcixpcicore in the design. I am looking at one of the old project and it uses pcixpcicore_master32.vhd as a PCI communication module. However, my Quartus II cannot open this encrypte...

I solved the problem. I am able to open and compile this encrypted file with Quartus II 9.0. It is a really old IP core file in 9.0, but is no longer supported in the later version of Quartus II.
