i have cyclone IV GX EPCGX150f14 FPGA and i want to test the pci express with a loopback . Thanks for any help you could offer.

Honored ContributorWell the words "root port" and "endpoint" talks for themselves, however You can easily find the answer in Wikipedia. For test purposes, try the factory examples from Altera.
