Part Status, End Of Life details and Compliance Data

Hello,

Greetings for the day !!!

Could you please provide the following details required for the below mentioned parts.

  1. Part Status (Active/NRND/Discontinued) :
  2. Years to End of Life (YTEOL) :
  3. RoHS Compliance : (Documents)
  4. REACH Compliance :

Mfr Part numbers :

EP3C5EQFP

If there is no plan for End of Life (EoL) for these parts, are we safe to assume that these parts have a lifetime of at least 7 more years ?

Please suggest.

    Thank you for posting in the community. To provide you with accurate information, could you please clarify whether the Mfr Part number: EP3C5EQFP refers to a specific model or if you are referring to the FPGA associated with this part number?

      For Current Designs is it obselete or will be supported. Could you please check and let me know the YTEOL for the same.

    Hi,

    EP3C5EQFP is no valid Cyclone III order code. You are probably referring to a EP3C5E144 type, there are different temperature and speed grades with according to my resources 0 to 1 year to EOL, you might consider a last order if want to support an existing product.

    Suggested replacement is Cyclone IV E, EP4CE6E22, 99 percent pin compatible, CLK0 pin is changed to GND in Cyclone IV.
