New wiki and the old Nios wiki

The new wiki seems to contain all the pages from the existing Nios wiki, but has lost the hierarchical index. Is this supposed to be an improvement?

The page 'gcc patches' was effectively a subsiduary page to 'cross gcc', and only really makes any sense as such.

Now they are two separate pages in a big list ....
