Need updated IP license/patch for PAC N3000 Acceleration Stacks (broken link)

I have the same problem. Are there still no solutions?

All resources point either to the Altera website (directly or via Intel) or to the Intel website (resulting in a 404 error), or to an Altera page that returns a 404 error. I also cannot determine whether the configuration works without updating the IP core; in my test scenarios, some things work, while others prompt for an update due to license expiration (or does this apply to cores licensed separately from the PAC N3000?).
