nedd help for adding LXT971A to TSE mac driver

hi guys,

we are working on the ARRIA GX based board with Quartus 9.1 version.

WE are using Intel LXT971A(10/100 Mbps) as PHY.how do i add this phy to TSE driver. we are using iniche stack
