MTBF numbers for Max V CPLD

Hi, I need MTBF numbers for Max V CPLD, specified part number 5M570ZT100A5N. Does anyone know where I can acquire that? I need it for MTBF analysis for a board I am working on. Best Regards Inge

    Thank you for the feedback Farabi,

    I am not able to open the link to "Intel Product Qualification Reports", i get the error message; "Developer Account Required". Is it possible to share it in a different way.

    I also have seen that from other forum post that a document that is called rr.pdf is referred to. Is that something that you can share?
