Hi,

I would assume you should generate the *.pof from the *.sof as stated under "Programming File Regeneration Guideline". That should do the required changes as you select the target Config-EPROM.(https://www.altera.com/documentation/tfb1498107381358.html#bkz1500385055860__table_jng_n3d_bdb)
