Memory resources

Hello,

I am looking for something equivalent to DRAMs as we have in Xilinx.I have created some dual port RAMs using Mega Wizard Plug In Manager to use for my design as i am using GHDL for my simulation tool.It would be of great help if anyone can guide me to get the DRAM equivalent of Xilinx in Altera.
