measurement error budget for the data collection from FPGA

Question

i would like to retrieve the error budget on FPGA (10M04SAM153C8G) based on the data sheet. 
i have a measurement system device and need to develop an error budget model for FPGA module for error attributed by hardware and software algorithm.  i will appreciate if you share your error budget model,  similar to the system error budget for measurement accuracy, resolution of the website:
