MaxPlusII canot find the installed hardware

Hi,

I am trying to use APU to burn EEPROM. Installed the USB driver but when I select the APU(USB) from the 'Hardware' (options) dropdown menu it can't find the APU. Any idea what's wrong? Seems like somehow the device was not installed correctly. I tried to reinstall the driver few times but getting same result.

Any help is really appreciated.
