I saw that video. Signal tap is always a good choice for something like that. I ended up loading the TSD values into BRAM anyway, so I had the IP add the debugging logic and verified my results using the memory content editor.

I haven't found a reason why my (and everyone else that tried it) ADC Toolkit. I guess it's just not "there" yet.
