MAX10 Programmable IOE Delay

Hi, According to the datasheet, MAX10 have Programmable IOE Delay. How can I use it? Through which IP? Through which Assignment? Through SDC constraint? Best regards,

Dynamic delay chains are only available in certain device families, typically Cyclone V, Stratix V, Aria V and newer. It's not available in MAX 10.
