MAX10 or MAX5 available in radiation hardened package?

Hi

I am wondering if there is a radiation hardened version of the MAX10 or MAX5 FPGA.

Is there any info on this?

    Hi,


    MAX 10 and MAX V does not available in radiation hardened package.
