MAX10 FPGA SPI Flash Configure?

Could I use external SPI flash (EPCQ) to fo configure MAX10 FPGA each time when the FPGA powers up? I can't find the special pins for external SPI flash (EPCQ) to configure MAX10 FPGA.

Yes, what I mean is the same as http://www.alteraforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=49491 ?

MAX10 FPGA can only use internal flash to configure each time when the FPGA powers up, right?
