MAX10 FPGA pof-file programming fails

Hi all, I build a custom 10M02SCM153 board, when I attempt to download the .pof file, I got "Error (209012): Operation failed" at 4%. However, I can .sof can be loaded. Could anyone provide some hint...

Hello,

did you try with programmer option "Halt on-chip configuration controller"?
It may be also the case that your board hardware is trying to reconfigure the FPGA.
