MAX10 devices with 1.0V IO support

Hi,

Can you clarify us the below queries list related to the MAX10:

  1. Is the 10M50DA484I6G device supports with the 1.0V IO?
  2. We are using the 10M50DA484I6G in our design. F484 package supports DDR3L memory devices?
  3. Is 10M50DA484C8G supports with both the1.0V IO and DDR3L memory devices?

      Hello Pench,

Thanks for pointing that out! It seems like your particular device does not support 1.0 LVCMOS.

      Thanks.

        Hi Amin,

        Thanks for the confirmation.

Kindly confirm again for the below query. Because in datasheet it is mentioned that only I6 grade supports the DDR3, DDR3L devices.

        Attached screenshot for your reference.

Is 10M50DAF484C8G supports with both the1.0V IO and DDR3L memory devices?

        Thanks,
