Max10: 10M16DAF256I7G ADC not working

Hi I'm having trouble with on chip ADC from Max10 10M16DAF256IG7. I create an "adc control only" using Qsys (PLL included) and monitor the signals using Signaltap. However I do not get any "adc...

I think the ADC on 10M16 should be similar to the one on 10M08.

And here is the TRM for the ADC design
