MAX V CPLD strange waveform

Hi everyone, I am using MAX V CPLD development kit for some simple logic and signal routing job. So I only use schematic editor. But the output waveform seems like riding on some pulse carrier....

You need to provide you design files.

With out thoses, there is no way for us to know why your circuit is not working.
