Max temperature allowed for a Cyclone 10GX 220?

Hi,

I looked inside the datasheets of the C10GX device but I could not find any absolute rating Temp Junc or Temp case related to it. Maybe I missed it. I am wondering if a single heatsink without a fan could be enough to dissipate the heat from such a device.
