max Clock rate at GPIO? (DE2 Board)

Hello, can someone tell me, what the max rate of the GPIO pins is? I have mapped a SPI Interface on the GPIO Pins. But when I select a to high Baud rate, the other side seems to not get all bits...

Now I know its not the DE2 Board. It's the other side.
