Honored Contributori don't see why not :) But if you really want to check it out on hardware, the evaluation kit isn't that expensive either: https://www.buyaltera.com/partdetail?partid=4976140
That is a bigger brother version (10M08) but it should behave just the same as the rest of the line-up
