MAX 10 FPGA Program File

Hi, for my first project with FPGA I am using MAX 10M08 EQFP144 and USB Blaster as Programmer Tool. Now, if I program the device with the .sof file the FPGA works correctely, whereas if I use ....

thanks for your reply.

Today I notice that I don't have put the pull-up resistence on pins NCONFIG, CONF_DONE and NSTATUS :-(. I Think this is my problem... :-(

There is a possibile configuration to bypass this problem?
