For your request, you can directly get the document by accessing the link that will be provided below. Input the part number to get the material declaration. For the older FPGAs like 5M2210ZF256I5N, declaration is IPC-1752 in the standard xml reporting format and a ROHS DofC. For the newer FPGAs , starting with Stratix 10 like 1SX165HN2F43I2VG, the reporting is according to Intel’s reporting format in IEC 62474.
