I don't see the LPM_COMPARE function in the installed IP list for Cyclone10 GX. Seems this IP is not supported. I there a workaround or do i need to write this block by myself using PARALLEL_ADD ip ...

LPM_COMPARE is not supported for Cyclone 10 GX. Refer table 1 of below link.
You have to code it.
