Low cost FPGAs with dual Gigabit Ethernet controller.

I'm looking for a Low cost FPGA with dual Gigabit Ethernet controller. I have no preference on specific devices so any series can also be considered.

    As far as I know the only Altera devices that have hard Ethernet controllers are the SoCs, and those are in the HPS side. If you use a soft controller core then you can use any family. The cost to license the Altera TSE (triple speed Ethernet) controller is not bad. That would probably be your best bet.
