LogicRegion Window

I cant open on Quartus II 9.0 this link "Assigments->LogicRegion Window" When i click on give me error that "Feature Logiclock is not avaliable with your current licence" what can i do to ...

Most likely you are using QII web edition. The logiclock feature is only available for QII subscription edition. You can purchase subscripion software to gain full access to this feature.
