Location to download NIOS 3.20 Development Kit (not NIOS II)

Is there a location to download this extremely old development kit? Preferably the Windows installation media. Appreciate any help :)

      Thanks for checking. Do you have a problem with me asking the community if someone would be willing to "file drop" an ISO or zip image of the media?

    Dear KYeoh,

    Thanks for your attempt. Unfortunately, the link above does not have the older NIOS development kit requested. It provides access to 7.1... then the 7.1 link leads me to version 6.0 as the oldest distribution available. However, all of the versions listed are NIOS II. We need the 16/32-bit plain vanilla version of NIOS 3.20 (not NIOS II). Hence, we are looking for something beyond the current archives. Can you help? Appreciate any additional help :)
