Linux on Cyclone ii architecture

Hi,

I am using a custom board for which I want to generate RSA and DSA .key files based on cyclone ii FPGA, its EP2C8Q208C8N.

Is their any way that I can run linux on board and then create .key files using openssl commands.

Any clue /help will be helpful.
