Lifecycle Status for TP28F512-120, LD8031AH and P8251A

Hi,

Kindly provide the required information for the below mentioned MPNs.

please find the Datasheets attached for these parts.

MANUFACTURER PART NUMBER STATUS (ACTIVE/NRND/OBSOLETE) YEARS TO EOL IF NRND, PLEASE PROVIDE LTB AND LTS DATE
TP28F512-120
LD8031AH
P8251A

Note: If the part is in EOL/NRND/LTB stage, kindly suggest replacement part
