Licensing Issues

We have recently purchased new licenses and wanted to install these new ones (add them to existing ones) but it does not seem to work. Only the oold licenses appear. Using LMTOOLS to manage licenses. I did all the usual steps to add the port and server info into the file, I took the old license file, copied the new license file to the top of the old one but when I stop/start the server an read the file, still only the old licenses appear.

    did you make sure your new file was actually new? Is it different than your old one.

    The other possibility is the LMTOOLS is grabbing the file from a different location than where you are thinking it is.
