license problem due to running the code

Hi everyone I tried to run the hello world using aocl/aoc intel fpga sdk, unfortunate i facing license problem as picture attach. Anyone know how to overcome that issues. Many thanks in advance ...

Hi,

Can you provide the Quartus edition & device used details?
