It is a very old FPGA so technical documents are not available and it is obsolete too.
please suggest me any alternative FPGA for the same.

Regular ContributorNo I dont have LCA10K30 datasheet. The part number you give also not matching with Intel FPGA part numbers.
I would suggest to use MAX10 as recommended in your future design.
