Laptop

I have a new Laptop. It crashed and turned off. The battery is fine. When i turn It back on the light comes on but the screen remains black. I ask for help. What should i do to solve this problem?

Not only that, but it is the same post he did no June 3 (in another incorrect forum).

      You can view your messages. Go to your profile icon on the upper right of the screen, left click on it, and select messages.
