New Contributorjunction to case/board Thermal resistance for Max 10 FPGA
Hi, I'm looking to model FPGA 10M08DAF256I7G in Solidworks Flow Sim as part of my thermal analysis. I cannot find the theta-JC and theta-JB in the max 10 datasheet. Does anyone have any estimates for these values for this part?
