Honored ContributorSearch in my C:/Altera directory of "jtagmaxprog*" found 2 files: C:/altera/11.1/quartus/bin/pdbmin/jtagmaxprog.pdb and C:/altera/12.1/quartus/bin/pdbmin/jtagmaxprog.pdb, created with Microsoft C/C++ 7.00.
So that this is .exe. Google give 3 links, all from www.alteraforum.com, and including this :) Ask your customers for send this program or give instructions for it getting from Altera. May get links to documentation or quote it in detail ? What operations may be only through jtagmaxprog ? If may use free Quartus Programmer or Signal Tap for this ? They see 3 JTAG-devices on board and may download program files there. On board present also connector for external USB-blaster in parallel with internal.
