Issue with 'altera adp6x01pci'

Hi room ,

What's going on ?

I need help on pci altera adp6x01.

During installation, the card is not recognized. Maybe I do not have all the drivers and I made a diagnosis and received the following error message in Altera: "can not open fpga file: \ c: program files \ gsm \ load \ y14x3m31.hex

Unfortunately this is now down.I made a diagnosis and received the following error message in Altera

can not load FPGA".

Can you please help us and advise which measures need to be taken ?

    What is an ADP6x01? Can you post a link to some information on it?
