Is there any detailed qsf file like ucf in xilinx ise?

I mean which shows clocks, Lcd pins, switch, leds etc etc

I have downloaded one for cyclone v sx (5csxfc6), but its not helpful.

    Quartus uses QSF for pin assignment, project file list and fitter palcement etc.

    timing is done in SDC file.

    thanx for the reply, yeah i know that.

    I was looking for things like

    where is clk pins, lcd pins, etc etc

    how can i find info about pin location on board

    i tried to use http://www.altera.com/literature/dp/cyclone-v/5csxfc6.txt

    but it either say I/O or hps_ddr.
